Who we are

Heracles Ventures Ltd ("we", "us") is registered in England and Wales (company number 17394629), registered office 318 Lower Broughton Road, Salford, England, M7 2HQ. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

What we collect

• Details you send through our contact form or booking link: name, business name, email, phone and your message.
• Messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or social media.
• Basic technical data our hosting provider records, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and provide a quote (legitimate interests / steps before entering a contract).
• To deliver services if you become a client (contract).
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

We do not sell your data, and we do not send you marketing unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, form handling, email and booking tools. They may only use your data to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work: up to 12 months. Client records: as long as needed for the contract, and up to 6 years afterwards for tax and legal purposes.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@heracles-ventures.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. The map on our contact section is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when it loads; see Google's privacy policy. If we add analytics or other tracking, we'll ask for your consent first and update this policy.
